We understand things happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any later and you will be charged 50% of your service. No refunds.

Often times there is a client booked after you. In order to respect their time, you may be denied service if you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. When in doubt, shoot us a text letting us know you will be late, we will always do our best to accomodate you.

If you no show your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service. No Refunds.

Any service(s) booked requiring more than 3 hours or totaling $500 or more will require a $100 non refundable deposit. 

Pricing is listed as a "starting" price. Final price may increase or decrease depending on circumstances (add ons, additional/less time needed, ect.). Following through with your service/add ons means you agree to these terms.

Any client under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present the entire service.

Due to state laws governing spas/salons, pets are not allowed in the suite with the exception of service animals. Feel free to bring pictures of them though!

We take pride in our products, after all we picked them ourselves! If for any reason a product doesn't work for you, feel free to bring it back for a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Product must be more than 50% full. If returning by mail, you are responsible for any shipping fees.
